Designed by Landmark Homes Manawatu in collaboration with Genesis Interior Design, this award-winning showhome reimagines mid-century modern living through a warm, contemporary lens. Clean architectural lines, natural textures and a restrained palette combine to create a home that feels sophisticated and liveable.
Throughout the interiors, carefully selected materials reinforce a sense of calm and continuity. Travertine Vein Cut Beige Honed flows across the bathroom floors and walls, bringing warmth and character to the space. Within the master suite, Unique Travertine Ruled Silver Natural introduces subtle linear texture, creating visual interest while drawing the eye upward.
The kitchen splashback and fireplace hearth are finished in Fez White Matt, a handcrafted-style tile that balances the natural stone palette with understated texture and refined simplicity.
Together, these materials support the home's layered approach to design, where thoughtful detailing, tactile finishes and a cohesive palette create spaces that are welcoming and enduring.
